If a trek is called off by us at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforseen circumstances (like rains, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, curfew, etc), there will be no refund from Alpine Climbers
High Altitude Treks - If you cancel your trek, the cancellation charges are as given below:
- Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start of the trek — full refund.
- Cancellation between 30 days and 20 days to the start of the trek — 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 20 days to the start of the trek — no refund.
Maharashtra (Sahyadris) Treks - If you cancel your trek, the cancellation charges are as given below:
- Cancellations prior to 7 days from the start of the trek — Full refund.
- If the minimum persons criteria is not fulfilled by Alpine Climbers (2 days prior to the Batch date) — Full refund.
- Cancellations prior to 2 days from the start of the trek — 70% refund.
- Cancellation on the same day of the trek — no refund.
In case of refund, there will be a deduction of 4% (bank charges) from the total fee you have paid. Such Refunds will be initiated from Alpine Climbers in 2-5 workings days
